Devotion — Just One Touch
Scripture
"She said to herself, 'If I only touch His garment, I will be made well.'" — Matthew 9:21
Jesus never needed grand displays to demonstrate His power. Again and again throughout the Gospels, lives were transformed by a single touch. A leper was made clean. Blind eyes were opened. A grieving mother received her son back. Even the woman who simply touched the edge of His garment found healing because she believed.
The greatest miracle wasn't merely restored health—it was restored relationship with God. Jesus came not only to heal bodies but to redeem hearts.
Sometimes we pray for immediate answers and wonder why God seems silent. Yet His touch often comes in unexpected ways: through His Word, through the quiet peace of the Holy Spirit, through faithful endurance, or through the kindness of another believer. His presence is never absent from those who seek Him.
Today, bring whatever burden you're carrying to Christ. You don't need perfect faith. You only need to come to the One whose power is perfect.

Prayer
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for sending Jesus, whose compassion and power never fail. Draw me close to You today. Touch every place in my life that needs healing, forgiveness, wisdom, and peace. Help me trust You even when I cannot yet see the answer. Strengthen my faith to believe that nothing is impossible for You.
May my life point others to Your goodness and glory.
