Devotion – Jesus Saves

Scripture

"For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost." — Luke 19:10

The message of the gospel can be summed up in two simple words: Jesus saves.

He didn't wait for us to become worthy. He came while we were still sinners. He carried our sin to the cross, paid the debt we could never pay, and rose again so that anyone who believes in Him can receive eternal life.

Salvation isn't earned by good works, religious rituals, or trying harder. It is God's gift of grace through faith in Jesus Christ.

No one is beyond His reach. The same Savior who called fishermen, tax collectors, and persecutors still calls people today. His mercy has not run out, and His invitation has not expired.

Whatever you're carrying today, bring it to Him. There is forgiveness for every repentant heart and hope for every person who trusts in Christ.

The cross is still enough.

Jesus still saves.

Prayer

Lord Jesus,

Thank You for loving me enough to give Your life for mine. Thank You for paying the price for my sin and opening the way to eternal life. Help me to trust You completely and to share the good news with others. May my life point people to the hope found only in You.
