Scripture: Psalm 36:5
“Your love, Lord, reaches to the heavens, Your faithfulness to the skies.”
There are moments when life feels overwhelming—when your perspective shrinks to the size of your problems. Deadlines, disappointments, mistakes, uncertainty—they all try to convince you that you’re stuck and alone.
But Psalm 36:5 shifts your perspective upward.
God’s love isn’t measured by your situation. It’s measured by the heavens.
That means His love is not only bigger than your worst day—it’s beyond your ability to fully comprehend. It stretches past your failures, beyond your fears, and into every space where you feel unworthy or unseen.
And His faithfulness? It doesn’t run dry. Not when you mess up. Not when you doubt. Not when you feel distant.
He is constant.
The truth is, you don’t have to chase God down. He’s already reaching toward you—higher, deeper, and farther than you could ever go on your own.
So today, lift your eyes.
Let your perspective rise above what you feel and fix your heart on what is true:
His love is higher. His faithfulness is steady. And He’s not letting go of you.
Prayer:
God, thank You that Your love is bigger than anything I face. When I feel overwhelmed, help me lift my eyes and trust in Your faithfulness. Remind me that I am never outside the reach of Your love. In Jesus’ name, amen.
