Good News On The Way
Inspired by Isaiah 52:7

Scripture:
“How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news… who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, who say to Zion, ‘Your God reigns!’”

Reflection:
There’s something powerful about good news—especially when you’ve been surrounded by uncertainty, stress, or silence. Isaiah paints a picture of a messenger running over mountains, carrying a message that changes everything: God reigns.

Not will reign someday.
Not might reign if things improve.
But reigns right now.

That means whatever you’re facing today—waiting seasons, unanswered prayers, battles you didn’t choose—none of it is outside His rule. The song “Good News On The Way” echoes this truth: even when you don’t see it yet, God is already moving.

Sometimes the “good news” doesn’t arrive instantly. It travels. It climbs mountains. It takes time to reach you. But it is coming.

And here’s the deeper truth:
You’re not just someone waiting for good news—you’re also someone called to carry it.

Your life, your words, your faith in hard moments… they become a message to others:
“Don’t give up. God is still in control. There is good news on the way.”

Application:

Where in your life do you need to believe that God is still reigning?

Who around you needs to hear hope today?

Choose one way to carry good news—through encouragement, prayer, or simply showing up.

Prayer:
God, thank You that You are not distant—you reign over every detail of my life. Even when I can’t see the outcome, help me trust that good news is already on the way. Make me a messenger of hope to others, someone who brings peace, speaks life, and points people back to You. Amen.
